Grade 3's,
This week we will be taking our trip to the African Lion Safari. I am very excited. I haven't been there since I was about your age.

Which animal is your favourite and why do you like it so much?
I'm looking forward to looking at animals i've saw before and animals I have'nt seen before,

1.i learned that the asian elephant is an indangered species.
2.asian elephants are the largest mammel in the world
3. asian elphants are hairy
4. rhinos are the most indangered species in the world
5. the black and white rhino are found africa
my favourite animal from the african lion safari is a cheetah because they are really fast and they have a nice pattern.

What I am looking forward to seeing on the trip is all the cool animals that are thier. Like the asian elephant, or the white rhino, the cheetah, or the barn owl. This is going to an exciting trip for me and my class!!!

ReplyDeletewhat i am looking forward to is see diffrent kinds of animals like cheetahs, asian elephants, birds, rhinos and giraffes. Also i am looking forward to going to the african lion safari because i have never went to something that is so close to a zoo.
what i learned from the conservation link that i thought was cool was asian elephants are endangerd species and the african lion safaris goal is to countinue its succsessful breeding programme for the endangerd asian elaphant to conserve these magniacent animals for future genirations.

The 5 things that I learned on the Conservation link was that a rhinos horn was 201cm long and I think thats interesting because I have never knew that it was that long and I wanted to know how long was a rhinos horn.

-I learned that the white rhinos horn can grow 201 cm long.
- I learned that the white rhino can way 200 pounds.
-I learned that the white rhino is in danger.
-I learned that the white rhinos skin feels like your nose.

-I like giraffes because they are tall and they can reach high stuff.

Asian elephants are endangerd species. cheetahs names comes from a hindi word called chita mmeaning spotted.The sceniffic name for a white rhino is Ceratotherium simum simum, which comes from the Greek.The Rothschild giraffe is often described as the “five-horned” giraffe due to the fact that it has five blunt, short horn-like structures on its head.There are more than 330 known species of parrots although many of them are endangered or have been declared extinct.
Which animal is your favourite and why do you like it so much ? cheetahs are my favourite animals because there fast and i am kind of fast too and i like animals that are fast 1 example is a cheetah.
